MHI is currently using an SSL VPN and VNC to allow users to work from home, I was wondering what others were using and what level of success you have seen.

We use both Citrix and Terminal Services, and even in some cases Remote Desktop.
Citrix is pricey but very reliable, scalable, and very secure and we've had little problems with it. I guess the same goes for Terminal Services.
If you're only talking a few users Remote Desktop is a safe option.
With Citrix you can allow users to access the Terminal Services desktop (eash user having their own desktop/profile on the Citrix server) or publish individual applications using their presentation server.
